Event Cancellation by ILAS

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrolment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel the event, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or to transfer their registration to the same event at the new re-schedule time.
Cancellation by the Participant
If you cancel your attendance more than one week (7 calendar days) before the event you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made after the stated deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, the ILAS committee will consider mitigating circumstances and may offer a refund where the participant was not eligible for one.
Additional Seats
Corporate membership allows multiple attendees to attend events. The number of seats available to any corporate member shall be determined in accordance with the prevailing membership terms. If the corporate member requires additional seats, ILAS has the right to charge the corporate member for the additional deas.
